    Licensing Details

    • You have a one-year exclusive license to the pattern.
    • After one year, the pattern is added to the Design Pool pattern library.
    • Design Pool owns the rights to the pattern.

    • Step 2: Both parties sign a contract detailing the deliverables and delivery date. The $200 deposit is paid.
    • Step 3: Our designer presents a minimum of three concept options. Client makes final decision on which option to pursue.
    • Step 4: The pattern is presented. If needed, two rounds of minor revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur a fee.
    • Step 5: Final pattern is completed and all files delivered. Final payment is due.
    • Please note: If you decide not to purchase the finished pattern, the deposit will not be refunded.

      Custom Color

      Pricing:

      • Single Use license: $50 per colorway.
      • Unlimited Use license: $100 per colorway.
      • Payment is due in advance at checkout.
      • Any additional changes are an additional $25 or $50, respectively.

      How it works:

      • Purchase a license for the pattern.
      • Upon checkout, you will receive a downloadable PDF. Please fill it out with as much detail as possible and email to [email protected].
      • You provide us with all the necessary information to complete your request, including color references and any color placement.
      • If we have any questions, we will make one attempt to reach out via email and phone.
      • You will receive three versions via digital PDF based on your selected pattern and color direction.
      • Payments for additional tweaks will be invoiced and paid prior to the delivery of final files.
      • Upon approval, you will be sent the print-ready image.

      Color matching and monitors:

      • We will come as close as “computerly” possible to your color preference.
      • Colors will appear slightly different due to monitors and printers.
      • Work with your digital printer to make any minor adjustments, and always request a sample first before ordering production.

      How long does it take?

      • Within 7 business days, upon receipt of the request, as long as all information is provided to complete the request.
      • If the form is not completely filled out, we will reach out via email and phone.
      • If there is no response within 10 business days, you will forfeit your payment, and the deliverable will not be required.
