New Collections in the Library

These past few months, we talked a lot about the collections we debuted at NeoCon 2024, Light Play and Technology X Tradition. But those weren’t the only two collections we added to the library this year. We’ve been busy consistently adding new patterns each month. In case you missed it, here’s a round-up of the other collections that debuted this year.

New Collections

Swatch Collection

The Swatch Collection included thirteen different patterns, all geometric in nature. They are modern, with unexpected traditional touches. The inspiration for this collection was paint chips, fabric swatches, and skeins from natural dyeing experiments that cover Kristen’s desk at any moment.

Pottery Collection

The Pottery Collection was inspired by an episode of The Great Pottery Throwdown that focused on Acoma pottery. Kristen loved the bold, graphic motifs of the pottery and how contemporary even the ancient pots felt. She turned that inspiration into eighteen patterns. These patterns are flat, have minimal texture, and are usually just two colors.

Vintage Tiles Collection

Our Vintage Tiles Collection is an homage to classic tile patterns. These patterns are the perfect solution for a space that wants the look of tile but can’t have the real thing. When printed on vinyl flooring, these patterns give the illusion of real tile. They also are fun to print on wallcovering for a kitchen or bathroom.

Quilt Collection

Kristen’s lifelong fascination with quilts inspired the Quilt Collection. She drew on the quilts that surrounded her growing up, the ones she made over the years, and the rich history of quilt-making in America. These eleven patterns have a unique texture that gives each pattern the illusion of dimension.

Zecchino Collection

Technically a 2023 introduction, but the Zecchino Collection still deserves the spotlight treatment. We introduced it during the holiday season to add a little sparkle and shimmer to the library. Inspired by sequins, this group of thirteen patterns is a fun way to add a little glitz to a room without using actual sequins.

You can find all of these collections in the Design Pool licensable library. You can get started using these patterns today by clicking on an icon on the product page. From there, you can order a sample from one of our trusted printers. Stay tuned for more collections being added to the library, such as our Cross Hatch Cultivate collection.
